Comprehensive training and promotion opportunities are available — top performers may advance to Installer or Project Lead roles.?職責范圍 / Responsibilities ? 協助安裝分體機、中央空調、熱泵系統及通風管道 ? 學習使用安裝工具與儀表 ? 搬運設備及材料，保持施工現場整潔 ? 遵守安全規范與公司標準 ? 協助電氣及冷媒管道連接工作 ? 服從主管安排，完成其他相關任務 ? Assist with installation of split systems, central units, heat pumps, and ductwork ? Learn proper use of tools, gauges, and instruments ? Handle equipment/materials and maintain clean job sites ? Follow safety and company standards ? Support electrical and refrigerant line connections ?
